I am a global strategist, economist, and advisor with over 40 years of cross-continental experience spanning Africa, Europe, and the United States. My work today is focused on advancing a fundamental shift in how we approach sustainability, governance, and human progress.
I am the creator of TOSIM-SD (The Ose E. Imoukhuede Model for Sustainable Development), a structured framework positioning human interior development as the foundation for governance, institutional design, and long-term civilizational outcomes.
I am also the author of Being, Before Becoming, published in multiple languages, which advances the principle that inner human order must precede systemic and technological acceleration.
